Diana Arbenina and Nochnye Snaipery band will headline PaRus Music Fest as well. This legendary rock band was born more than twenty years ago. The group quickly became a phenomenon, participating in music festivals all over Russia and abroad.

The concert is going to be opened by one of the most demanded Russian singers Stas Mihaylov. Leonid Agutin will continue the open-air at Events Arena, Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Along with his Esperanto band, one of the highly acclaimed Russian musicians will present the eclectic mix of all-time romantic and Latino songs. Closing the evening, the King of hype Philipp Kirkorov will return to Dubai with a fantastic show. 

The much-awaited rock band sensation finally arrives in Dubai. The Belarussian alternative rock band sets food in Dubai for their first concert in the UAE! As part of the PaRus music festival that begins on the 24th of March this year, the rock band Bi-2 (pronounced "Bee-dva") will kick start the festival with their show. 

Yulia Zivert (who goes by her stage name Zivert) is a Russian artist who has won numerous awards and is on the top charts of international music. She gained international fame in 2018 with her single "Life". Her passion for music was driven at a very young age. Jony is a top artist of generation Z. With instantly recognizable lyrics and songs with millions of views, he will perform along bringing his first big concert to Dubai.

Kendji Girac is one of the few singers who made it to the top of the music charts at such a young age, as he is only in his early twenties. Kendji built a huge fan base that consists of 3.4 million subscribers on YouTube, 2.4 million monthly listeners on Spotify, and 1.8 million followers on Instagram. In 2014, Kendji had what any talented singer would dream of! He won the third edition of The Voice talent show and marked the beginning of his successful musical life.
