Such a popular sport, like Touch, is great for corporate participation because of its features – it’s easy to learn, no additional devices are needed to play, and since this is a low-contact sport, the possibility of getting injured from it is minimized.
Zurich Corporate Touch 6s is a fun-filled community day with plenty to see and do – a popular day out for participating companies, their teams, and supporters; spectators and families alike. The annual event – now in its eighth year – encourages staff to swap the stresses and strains of office life for a dose of healthy competition in a fun and relaxed environment. With more than 32 teams registered to take part this year, the event’s popularity continues to grow. Matches tap off at 09:00 AM sharp and culminate with the finals at 05:00 PM.
This year the event will also offer a free, dedicated Under 7s Tag Rugby Competition, which aims to help support rugby at a grassroots level. Touch and Tag aside, there will also be a variety of kids entertainment, arts and crafts and food and beverages throughout the day.
