Dubai Sports Council will provide a sports event – “Yoga and Kayak” taking place on November 20.

The scenic hills of Hatta will be the center of attention among UAE’s sports and adventure enthusiasts as Dubai Sports Council have prepared an exciting event for adventure seekers and weekend retreats – Yoga and Kayak, which combines active sport and leisure with stunning nature.

 

Open to both males and females (aged 16-60), this event gives the opportunity to explore Hatta Dam firstly by Kayak rowing around the lake and then practicing yoga in the most unique setting – Yoga Island. The 1-hour yoga session suits every yoga level and will be led by a top Yoga Instructor, Oisin McWeeney.

Yoga and Kayak Event Schedule:

  • 07:30 AM – 08:30 AM, Kayak Rowing
  • 09:00 AM – 10:00 AM, Yoga Session on Yoga Island
  • 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM, Breakfast in Al Hajarain Restaurant (various breakfast options included in fee).

*Places are limited due to preventive measures and available spaces on Yoga Island.
