All fitness lovers will be glad to hear that HIIT sessions, where agility and cardio skills are trained, can get diverse – exercising on SUP board. The challenging fitness class takes place on the water balancing on a large SUP (stand-up paddle) board floating on the temperature-controlled infinity pool.
With the quick adaption of the body to balancing moves, the sessions will include doing resistance bands, push-ups, ab work, pilates poses and even burpees. It’s not all hard work though, as founder and instructor Sophie Malpass will make sure you’re having fun with funky beats.
Super SUP Fit classes will take place 4 times per week on every Tuesday and Saturday thereafter. There are two-morning slots to choose from: 08:00 AM to 08:45 AM or 09:00 AM to 09:45 AM – before the beach club opens to daycationers.
