The online platform, New Age Fitness, hosts live classes every day, ranging from yoga to HIIT, boxing, pilates, stretching and many other activities. This initiative was offered to help people keep fit while staying in isolation because a healthy body means a strong immune system.
The schedule, which changes weekly, can be found on the New Age Fitness Instagram page so everybody can choose when to start to work out and how to workout. It is necessary to register for the program online, and then you will have access to all of the workouts. Most of them don’t require any equipment, so exercises are carried out only with the bodyweight.
