A new Les Mills programme is now available in the UAE. Sprint is a high-intensity indoor cycling class that promises maximum results with minimal impact on joints.
The classes are held four times a week at the Aviation Club, Garhoud, Dubai, in partnership with Reebok.
“The 30-minute class uses an indoor bike to offer a high-intensity interval training [HIIT] workout. The quick and hard style of training returns rapid results,” says Amir Behforooz, a Sprint coach. “The short duration of the workout is designed to get the class motivated to push their limits – both physically and mentally – and smash their fitness goals.”
HIIT involves short bursts of maximum intensity, followed by periods of rest. Workouts are short, but calories continue to burn even after the session ends.
