Experienced as well as novice athletes can take part in the competition. Spectators and fans will support the participants and everyone will be able to take part in the celebration of sporting achievements. The time-based format will allow everyone to try their hand both in individual and in team competitions. Perfect opportunity to go intense for experienced athletes or try it as a first triathlon in a controlled setting for first-timers.
In the individual categories for men and women competitions will be as follows: 10 min swim, 30 min indoor bike, 20 min indoor run with 5 min rest between each discipline. Teams of 3 with a simultaneous start: 30 min swim, 30 min indoor bike, 30 min indoor run. Every finisher will get a medal plus top 3 males and females as well as top 3 teams will get trophies and superb gifts!
