The Sevens Stadium is teaming up with Core Direction and Dubai Sports Council to create a unique workout session for bodyweight and cardio training. There will be seven-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts led by instructors from five leading HIIT studios including Barry’s Bootcamp, Underdogboxn, BARE and more.
The physical tickets on Core Direction’s app for AED 99 are for those enthusiasts who will book one of the available spots, while virtual tickets for AED 25 give access to a live broadcast to workout at home individually or with family.
How to book:
1. Download the Core Direction app (App Store or Google Play);
2. Register a user profile;
3. Look for “The Sevens Stadium” and tap its core direction icon;
4. Choose between “Virtual | Physical ticket” and select an appropriate class for you.
