GRIT+TONIC Triathlon Mamzar

GRIT+TONIC Triathlon Mamzar offers an action-packed race on  12 March 2021 at Al Mamzar Lagoon.

The course will be on closed roads and a designated running track that ensures a safe and fun race and will also follow the calm waters in the lagoon. Beginners to advanced participants of all ages and abilities are invited to bike, swim and race in this event.

Different race distances for the GRIT+TONIC Triathlon Mamzar:

• Junior super sprint: 180m Swim – 8km Cycle – 1.25km Run;
• Super Sprint: 375m Swim – 8km Cycle – 2.5km Run;
• Sprint: 750m Swim – 24km Cycle – 5km Run;
• Olympic: 1.5km Swim – 40km Cycle – 10km Run.

All the races have relay counterparts that allow teams of 2-3 participants to compete. The Junior super sprint is for children between the ages of 5 years and 12 years. The race pack can be received either on the day of the event or directly delivered to the participants’ doorstep. Registration for the event will close by March 9 2021, or sooner if fully booked before then.
