Yoga studio in Dubai, Urban Yoga, is at Nadi al Quoz from July till the end of October.
Every Friday, the Urban Yoga team leads a free 60-minute yoga class in a cool and relaxed atmosphere.
All levels, from beginners to advanced, are welcome!
Mats and water will be provided.
