Dubai Run 2020

The Dubai Fitness Challenge presents Dubai Run 2020, which will be held on November 27 at various locations.

The Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) is bringing the biggest citywide fun run to residents and visitors – Dubai Run 2020. All fitness lovers can use a unique opportunity to have a run challenge as the entire city will be used as a personalized running track for all ages, abilities and fitness levels.

The Dubai Run 2020 will be divided into distances of 2km, 5km and 10km available for everyone from young adults, teenagers, families, older residents and people of determination. Participants can run, jog or walk along the preferred route, distance, location (from Jebel Ali to Jumeirah; Downtown to Dubai Creek).

From 30th October, free training programs from 6 coaches are available online including webinars, workout tips, training plans and much more, all packed in the 28-day program. To get it:

• Register on the website, select distance and coach;
• Participants will receive a new workout program every week;
• Coaches will deliver a 30-minute weekly webinar and answer questions during the streaming session.

The flagship fitness movement launched by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai.
