Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) is coming back to the city this October!

Dubai Fitness Challenge is a month-long celebration of fitness and wellness, challenging you to complete 30 minutes of exercise daily for 30 days (30X30).

Since its inception in 2017, the Dubai Fitness Challenge has motivated millions to embrace healthier lifestyles. Building on the success of over 2.4 million participants in 2023, the 2024 edition promises to be even more impactful. Through an extensive array of city-wide events, free workouts, exciting tournaments and wellness opportunities, DFC will provide inspiration to keep Dubai active.

The Dubai Fitness Challenge 2024 festival promises an unparalleled month of fitness activities for visitors and residents of all ages and abilities.

During Dubai Fitness Challenge, the entire city will transform into a vibrant fitness destination. Community Fitness Hubs across Dubai will offer an expanded range of workout options, from running and cycling to yoga and the latest fitness trends. These hubs bring diverse opportunities closer to everyone, uniting the city in a collective movement towards better health and wellness.

A Royal Vision: Dubai Fitness Challenge is Initiated by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, this challenge aims to inspire a fitness-focused mindset and promote healthy, active lifestyles for all.
