Athletes of all skill levels will be able to take part in this exciting sports competition, even those for whom Duathlon will be the first sports challenge of such kind. There will be three race distances connecting competitions in two sports – running and riding. Long distance (starts at 06:45 AM): 10 km run, 31 km ride, 5 km run. Short distance for Juniors 14+ and adults (starts at 07:30 AM): 5 km run, 21 km ride, 2.5 km run. Juniors U14 distance (starts at 08:15 AM): 750 m run, 11 km ride, 750 m run.
