FBMA in collaboration with the Sea of Culture Foundation founded by Her Highness Sheikha Rowda bint Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan have announced the Climb the Matterhorn From Home Challenge. This Challenge is designed to bring people together in conquering the summit of the Matterhorn staying at home.
Challenge information:
The Matterhorn is 7,900 meters with 1,200 meters ascent, which means The Matterhorn at Home Challenge to complete a climb of 14,300 steps. The challenge can be undertaken individually or in teams each participating at your own location for a total of 14,300 steps. If you participate as an individual, then record the start and finish times.
If there is a team, participating is available max of 5 people; each team member starts at the same time and completes the allocated number of steps per member. Each team member records the start and finish time plus the number of steps completed and after that, team times are added together for the team total climb duration.
