This fun and challenging sequence for head, forearm and arm-balances. It is designed to teach the practice of balancing postures with greater ease and mindfulness.

Why a balancing workshop? There is often a little voice whispering fearfully each time we try to kick up into a handstand. But each time we go up, the fear and self doubt gets smaller and smaller. It’s a journey to find our highest potential, physically and mentally. It’s not about being perfect or projecting a goal, but to realise existing limits are only the ones we create within our mind. Yoga practice lead us to master ourselves through going beyond our fears, with love and playfulness.

You will learn tricks for kicking up to the wall, balancing without the wall, opening your shoulders, getting your core up and strong, boosting your confidence and connecting to your playful spirit with trust. Let’s break down the many intricacies of forearm, head and handstand, with a myriad of evolutionary variations available one you are upside down. Instead of over-rely on force when working on these postures, learning to understand the essential mechanics, actions and movement.
