Body Language health club is holding a complimentary Aqua Yoga session in their outdoor pool of one of its show villas
Aqua Yoga takes the principles and movements of Yoga and adapts them to the water environment. With the release of gravity the body is able to find the optimum stretch. By using the rhythm of the breath, an inner sense of relaxation can be achieved.
Registration is mandatory as space is limited (40 spots).
Meet the group at the Body Language health club parking lot at 6.45AM and they will take you to the show villa located in Al Barari community for the Aqua Yoga session.
Opening hours: 7am – 8am
Venue: Body Language health club reception
Admission: 50 AED
*This event is open to women only. The Yoga instructor is female and a female lifeguard will be present.
