If you live in Dubai Marina then you’ve most probably visited the iconic Dubai Marina Yacht Club once or twice. If not, you’ve surely heard of it’s venues, ladies’ nights and Thursday evenings. Sadly, the popular place is about to discontinue its operations shortly.
Developer Emaar has stated that a hotel and a new world-class yacht club will replace the existing structure. Work will most likely begin in the first quarter of 2017.
Starting January, the Dubai Marina Yacht Club will only provide marina-related services to its berth holders, but from a different office in The Address Dubai Marina hotel.
