Yummex is the platform for manufacturers of sweets, confectionery and snacks to display their products and innovations to the region’s snacks and confectionery professionals. You can find out about all the new products in the areas of chocolate and chocolate products, baked goods and biscuits, dates and date palm products, healthy snacks, nuts and dried fruit products, beverages, ice cream, gelato and much more. During the exhibition, the ME Innovation Awards will be held, where the most innovative products in the world of chocolate, sweets and snacks will be recognized.
Dubai World Trade Centre holds three events in the “all under one roof” format. Yummex will be held simultaneously with two other exhibitions dedicated to the food industry – Seafex and Speciality Foods.
