London-based, RexRomae Gallery is proud to present a pop-up exhibition “FREE” showcasing brand new artworks of Norwegian stencil artist, Martin Whatson, creating his calligraphic scribbles in shades of gray filled with cultural references and subversive themes.
Martin Whatsons‘s exhibition will be dedicated to a narrative on social engagement combining Watson’s work and artistic evolution for 10 years. Curated by Rom Levy, the exhibition will showcase new and old works, brand new images like science fiction tales, unfold themselves into the public walls.
As one of the modern street art figures, Martin popularizes urban contemporary art, which captures public interaction with their environments, in the most colorful way. The “FREE” expo represents images seeking for the source of inspiration even in today’s sociopolitical decay with urban elements and bright colors.
