Dubai is all set to host the launch edition of Employee Happiness Awards scheduled for 24th June 2020 with the agenda of applauding the most inspiring employee-centric initiatives in the region.
Launched as a platform to promote happiness, positivity, and well-being at work, Employee Happiness Awards (EHSA) feature over 30 categories that cover the entire HR gamut making it possible for companies across industries to find suitable categories. “Work comprises at least 70% of a person’s day. It’s only fair to recognise the companies that create happy, thriving and exciting workplaces that employees keep wanting to come back to. EHSA is our effort to create an authentic platform to promote happiness in a city that strives to be the happiest in the world,” says Jatin Deepchandani, CEO of Plan3Media which has conceptualised and organised this event.
All entries at EHSA will be assessed by an independent panel of Jury members consisting of HR experts and business leaders who are known for their commitment to employee happiness. “Whether a company is big or small, local or global in presence, only the best initiatives will be recognised on merit,” says Jatin.
The nominations for EHSA closed on 10th March 2020 and despite the challenging crisis that looms over the world, over 110 companies submitted their entries for the awards.
The winners will be announced among much fanfare and celebrations on 24th June 2020 (subject to global health scenarios).
