Art Dubai 2021

The following edition of the famous Art Dubai is going to take place on 29 March – 3 April 2021.

Art Dubai is a special platform that represents galleries from around the world showcasing contemporary art pieces as well as a big variety of talks, performances, and special events to attend as part of the programming. The exhibition gives a start for many local talents, organizations, and initiatives.

Art Dubai has become the main catalyst in local, regional, and international conversations on art from MENASA – the Middle East to North Africa, South Asia, and the surrounding regions, marking art onto the global map extending to the African continent, Latin America, and Australasia.

The 14^th edition of Art Dubai is focused on cultivating education, mentorship, and thought leadership. Such initiatives as the International Curators Programme will enhance international interaction and dialogue to solve problems and challenges connected with the development of those spheres.

Art Dubai 2021 is going to cover:

• Modern and Contemporary artworks from over 500 regional and international artists;
• 93 galleries from 39 countries showing artworks across 4 gallery sections;
• An after-dark music program featuring a selection of international musicians and DJs;
• Workshops and tours for children including the annual Sheikha Manal Little Artists Program;
• Art commissions with an ecological focus positioned throughout the fair;
• Interactive daily performance programs;
• Gulf Now – a section dedicated to young local projects from the Gulf;
• The Global Art Forum and Modern talks programs;
• A selection of new pop-up restaurants catering to all tastes.

The upcoming event will host 50 galleries from over 31 countries showcasing diversity through artworks, artists, and practices. Some of the galleries present at this year’s event are:

Event Dates to note: 

• March 29: Art Dubai Preview.
• March 30 and 31: Entry is by invitation only.
• April 1 to 3: Art Dubai Programme and Gallery Halls will be open to the public.
