When people say “legend of trance,” it’s him that comes to mind. He is the main hitmaker of an entire era, and it was he who created the anthem that started the global popularity of this genre!
In 1999, ATB released “9 PM (Till I Come).” And then something happened that no one had achieved before him: for the first time in history, an instrumental trance track topped the UK national chart. Not just getting into rotation, but becoming the first trance number one in the UK — and then worldwide! That was the moment when trance ceased to be underground and began speaking to the world in one language. Since then, ATB has been at the top of the trance scene for a quarter of a century without a single break.
10 studio albums. Each one an evolution. He didn’t get stuck in 1999: Two Worlds with its “motion vs relaxation” concept, the Mindhunters soundtrack with “Marrakech,” collaborations with Heather Nova and Armin van Buuren. In 2021, he closed a 20-year time loop: “Your Love (9PM)” with Topic and A7S brought him back to the UK Top 10 after 20 years. And in 2023, the original “9 PM” once again stormed the Beatport Trance charts — 24 years after its release. A billion streams on Spotify. And in 2025, he releases another album, continuing his era consciously and beautifully.
But the uniqueness of this evening is not just in one name. We have brought together three poles of trance.
Solarstone — the guardian of Pure Trance traditions. His sets are not dance-floor mechanics, but deep philosophy. No compromises. Only the purity of the genre. He is a true legend who opens the biggest festivals and is an unquestioned authority among professionals and fans of electronic music alike. Alongside ATB, he is one of the founders of the genre who shaped its modern sound.
Steve Allen — another star of trance music, one of the most professional DJs in the world, without whom it seems no major trance event can do. He represents the younger generation of unquestioned trance music authorities, but he is fully committed to the traditions of pure trance.
