Spanish Extravaganza at Dukes The Palm

Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel will be hosting a special Spanish Extravaganza Food Festival on September 10-12.

In collaboration with LaLiga, the Spanish football team, Dukes the Palm will provide 1^st edition of the Spanish Extravaganza in the UAE. The three-day festival will feature press conferences, several masterclasses with renowned chefs from Spain, celebrating all things Spanish from heritage, tradition, and cuisine.

The festival’s schedule:

• September 10

From 01:00 PM to 02:30 PM, there will be a press conference, which will set the start of the ceremony and introduce award-winning Spanish chefs, and experience signature Spanish dishes.

Also, this day award-winning Chef David Montero will host the “Paella was my first love” experiential masterclass taking place at the Great British Restaurant from 07:30 PM to 11:00 PM. It will cost you AED 225 for the soft package and AED 325 for the house package.

The Spaniard chef is known for his innovative paella variations and visitors will have the rare chance to interact with Montero as he will bring guests to the journey of Spanish modern culinary with traditional paella flavor.

• September 11 & 12 

All food lovers can enjoy weekend-lasting brunch, where a one-off menu will feature dishes from Spain’s most acclaimed Michelin starred chefs namely Chef Juanlu Fernandez, Chef Fernando del Cerro, Tapas Chef Ager Urigüen, and Paella Chef David Montero. 

All coming participants are able to see a unique Spanish culinary show at live cooking stations where the chefs will showcase 20 LaLiga tapas. The weekend brunch takes place at the West 14th Steakhouse from 01:00 PM to 04:00 PM. It will cost you AED 275 for the soft package and AED 375 for the house package.

Each event will offer guests to enter a competition to win a LaLiga T-shirt.
