Dubai is slowly bringing ‘full-movement events’ back. This show allows standing areas for ages 16+ adhering to all COVID-19 protocols. The concert takes place this winter, on Thursday, December 16 at the Coca-Cola Arena. The proof of Covid-19 vaccination (both shots) is obligatory to be presented in order to attend this event. Face masks to wear at all times during this event.
Martijn Gerard Garritsen, known professionally as Martin Garrix, is a Dutch DJ and electronic music producer. His first famous solo release was ‘Animals’ in 2013. His other top hits are ‘In the Name of Love’, ‘Scared To Be Lonely’, ‘There For You’, and much more. Martin Garrix was ranked number one on DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs list for three consecutive years — 2016, 2017, and 2018.
Martin Garrix is considered as one of EDM’s most prolific artists. He is not afraid to follow his impulses wherever they lead him. Starting strong in 2021 with a billion Spotify streams accolade for ‘In The Name Of Love’ with Bebe Rexha and his collaboration with Tove Lo on ‘Pressure’, Garrix is spearheading into a big year. With the official UEFA 2020 song ‘We Are The People’ with Bono and The Edge finally releasing this year, and his side project AREA21 rolling out with impressive new music accompanied by animated videos, fans will hardly be able to take it all in.
The attendees of all ages need to be vaccinated in order to be permitted entry into the event. As per Dubai Government guidelines, standing is permitted and patrons must adhere to all COVID-19 protocols. The proof of vaccination can be presented via the Al Hosn App, DHA app, or a printed version of the Dubai Health Authority vaccination certificate.
As children are not eligible for the vaccination, they are not permitted to attend the event. Face masks are obligatory during the entire performance.
