Start with authentic Arabic staples. Hot appetizers are served to be shared Dynamite Cauliflower Koliwada fried marinated cauliflower, red pepper aioli, spicy fried lamb wrap, tamarind and chilli sauce, followed by a variety of colourful and scrumptious delicacies which include “Lababdar Curry” – chicken or paneer tossed in tomatoes and red pepper sauce with dry fenugreek, Masti Style Biryani – slow cooked long grain rice with either chicken, lamb or veggies and finally treat yourself to a sweetened desert of a Mango Cheesecake or a Choco-lotus Delight.
