The performance of superstar Ricky Martin will take place on 23rd of February 2018 at the Dubai Media City Amphitheatre.
Ricky Martin is the leading Latin Music figure of his generation. His instinctive understanding of rhythm, passion for performing, willingness to take creative risks and natural charisma has led Martin down a musical path of artistry and superstardom.
The guests can expect a huge singalong to Martin’s most well-known hit, Living La Vida Loca, plus other tunes including She Bangs and Maria.
Poncho Sanchez also will take part in Dubai Jazz Festival. For more than three decades as both a leader and a sideman, conguero Poncho Sanchez has stirred up a fiery stew of straight-ahead jazz, gritty soul music, and infectious melodies and rhythms from a variety of Latin American and South American sources.
His influences are numerous, but among the more prominent figures that inform his music are two of the primary architects of Latin jazz – conga drummer and composer Chano Pozo and trumpeter Dizzy Gillespie.
