The hotel has launched two three-course iftar menus, Indian cuisine is served in a relaxed atmosphere at Taj Dubai’s signature restaurant, Bombay Brasserie, which is a bridge between classic and contemporary cuisine.
An Indo-Emirati set iftar menu comprises dishes like the Koftak Samak ( Emirati fish cakes with Indian spices), Tekat Deyay Emirati (chicken kebabs with Arabic spices cooked in a tandoor), Emirati home-style chicken curry like Thareed Dyay or Khudar Mashwi ma Baharat Hind, vegetables in an Indian masala blend. Also, the menu includes dates, cut fruits, Laban and water to break the fast.
