Falconcity of Wonders: the land of magnificence

A huge project Falconcity of Wonders was established on the 16th of February in 2005 and is managed by Salem Ahmad AlMoosa Enterprises.

Falconcity of Wonders will unite all cultures by bringing iconic Wonders from all over the world together in one place. For example: Hanging Gardens of Babylon, which will have eco-friendly constructions with beautiful gardens; The Great Wall of China will be higher than 3-stored building and will occupy territory in a length of 1700 meters to act as a buffer to separate a loud theme park from the living areas; The Pyramids will consist of 3 pyramids – large, medium and small and will have offices and residences and others. Some of the Wonders, like the large pyramid, will be even a bit bigger than the originals.

This project also includes villas, about 5500 residential units that will be very diverse, commercial centres, a theme park, fine-dining restaurants, sport centres, educational and medical facilities, parks etc. The concept of so-called “smart city” belongs to the US-German architect Esat Farman.

The villas in Falconcity of Wonders will be created in 4 styles: the Aegean design, which takes its inspiration from the countries which are situated near the Aegean Sea; the Andalusia design, which comes from the colorful Spain; the New World design from inspiring New Hampshire in USA and England; and the Santa Fe design from Mexico and Southern California.
