Al Habtoor City, which previously was called Habtoor Palace complex, was developed by Al Habtoor Group in Dubai. It is located on Sheikh Zayed Road near Dubai Water Canal.

This place consists of 3 world-class hotels, 3 residential towers: Noora, Amma and Meera, and many others amenities and amusements. Noora and Amma have 72 floors, while Meera has 52 floors.
