Sharjah World Music Festival 2019 - Coming Soon in UAE

Sharjah World Music Festival will be held for the sixth time on February 1-9 in Sharjah.

Sharjah World Music Festival, which is held since 2014, is organized by Furat Qaddouri Music Center to join cultures, visions, and languages on a musical platform, introducing world-renowned musicians and singers to establish a spectacular journey of music that offers a powerful and diverse variety in bridging worlds together.

Festival events will be held at two venues – Flag Island Amphitheater and Al Majaz Waterfront:

February 1 – The Tune and Faia Younan.
The Tune band, based on Korean traditional music (Al Majaz Waterfront – 09:00 PM), will perform along with Faia Younan, a Syrian Arabic singer of Assyrian descent (Flag Island Amphitheater – 09:00 PM).
February 2 – Dongyang Gozupa, an experimental three-man rock band (Flag Island Amphitheater – 08:00 PM) and Flamenco Opera Night with Arcangel and Samira Khadiri (Flag Island Amphitheater – 09:00 PM).
February 3 – The Tune (Flag Island Amphitheater – 08:00 PM).
February 4 – Dongyang Gozupa (Al Majaz Waterfront – 09:00 PM)
February 6 – Gonne Choi (Al Majaz Waterfront – 09:00 PM).
You will hear the unique voice of Gonne Choi, born in South Korea.
February 7 – Coreyah music band (Al Majaz Waterfront – 09:00 PM).
The Coreyah band created a new style of Korean music by blending various genres of ethnic music and popular music while still maintaining the distinctive characteristics of traditional Korean instruments.
February 8 – Gonne Choi (Flag Island Amphitheater – 08:00 PM) and the Legend of Piano Richard Clayderman (Flag Island Amphitheater – 09:00 PM).
February 9 – Coreyah (Flag Island Amphitheater – 08:00 PM) and The Memory of Warda Al Jazaeria by Marwa Nagy (Flag Island Amphitheater – 09:00 PM).
Marwa Nagy is a solo singer at the Cairo Opera House and one of the finalists in The Voice Show.

The Stars Talent Competition with gifts and cash prizes will take place at Al Majaz Waterfront on February 3-7 from 07:00 PM – 08:00 PM.
