Shakespeare’s Hamlet in Dubai

Dubai Drama Group presents Shakespeare’s iconic play “The Tragedy of Hamlet, Prince of Denmark” from 12th to 15th of April at Alserkal Avenue.

The troop is recreating how the play would have been performed in Shakespeare’s day: 5 actors portraying all 24 characters, minimal props and costumes, the cast directing themselves, and direct interaction with the audience.
Follow Prince Hamlet as he seeks to avenge his father’s death, trying to out-maneuver both family and friends in a play regularly noted as being one of the most influential tragedies in world literature.

With the fabulous cast: Ciarán Ó Maoilchiaráin, Emily Nivia, Eric Dury,Johnny Dillon and Jonathan Siklos.
