If you are mesmerized by the details at your home you have not been noticing before, e.g. the window views, your loved ones or food preparations, Xposure’s International Photography & Short Film Awards is giving an opportunity to take part in a contest dedicated to photo and film industry.
Different categories of images including still ones and a ‘Short Film’ category for filmmakers are now available to apply online. Any photographer from worldwide can take part in!
Rules & regulations:
1. One image can be applied within 24 hours;
2. Each image must be taken in the home area or looking out from a window;
3. Images should be in JPG format;
4. Images to be uploaded through the website;
5. Images to be taken during the contest period only.
The prizes:
1st place – $1,000 (the weekly prize money)
2nd place – $750
Each Wednesday, the weekly winners will be notified by email. The Jury is evaluating all pictures from Monday to Sunday. The score entries independently based on a Five-Score System. The main criteria for evaluating are Composition, Technical Quality, Lighting, Creativity.

#HomeCaptured photography contest was initiated by the Xposure International Photography Festival and Sharjah Government Media Bureau. It was designed to keep people interacted and develop their photography skills during this difficult time. Xposure is a leading photo festival and imagery & educational platform. It hosts a dedicated photographic and video production trade show.
