Messiah oratorio composed by George Frideric Handel in 1741 was first performed in the spring of 1742. It has become one of the world’s most beloved and recognizable choral works.
Created over two centuries ago, Handel’s masterpiece – with it’s spectacular “Hallelujah!” chorus – will be conducted by Andrei Danilov and feature a combined force of 200 local and international voices and musicians by The Saint-Petersburg Tchaikovsky Theatre of Ballet Orchestra and Dubai Opera Festival Chorus.
