Dubai Opera will welcome two great artists – composer and pianist Guy Manoukian, joined by violinist Ara Malikian to celebrate their shared Armenian heritage performing the stage premiere.
Internationally renowned pianist, Guy Manoukian is basically known for fusing Eastern and Western tunes and making modern sophisticated arrangements on Arabic orchestral classics. Guy who has recently helped judge Dubai Opera’s talent in “From Home to Stage”, performed his melodies with selling out concerts at the Sydney Opera House, The London Palladium, and many music festivals.
Violinist Ara Malikian is well-acclaimed for performing different arrangements of works starting from classics as Bach and Paganini to rock legends Bowie and Led Zeppelin. Award-winning Malikian assimilated the music of several cultures and worked with numerous composers and artists including Luciano Chailly, Sting, Fairuz, the London Chamber Orchestra, and the Tokyo Symphony Orchestra.
