Dubai’s main entertainment destination, Dubai Opera is proud to announce that the acclaimed modern flamenco ensemble, Flamenco Passion, will deliver one of their powerful performances, capturing all the emotion and drama of this art form.
Their show “De Lucía a Camarón” is a tribute spectacle to legendary guitarist Paco de Lucía and vocalist Camarón de la Isla who gave classic flamenco modern jazzy sensibility. And after that ’60s flamenco style got mixed with Latin rhythms and rumba licks and started the Nuevo Flamenco wave.
Flamenco Passion is known for its original elements of flamenco music, fusing them with the most current styles such as piano, violin, flute, or electric bass. Along with the Flamenco dance, full of art, grace, and passion and performed by a troupe of professional flamenco dancers, “De Lucía a Camarón” is promising to be an alluring night.
