Fischermanns Orchestra at The Fridge, Dubai

A special concert of the Fischermanns Orchestra Jazz Band will be held on  October 18 at The Fridge, Dubai.

The concert is a part of the Swiss Series, initiated by Swiss Art Gate UAE, which started in 2012 with the aim to raise awareness of performing artists and musicians from Switzerland in the UAE.

Fischermanns Orchestra from Lucerne, Switzerland will present to Dubai audience a concert from the stunning Sand Dust Tour 2019. Since 2007, the band has been spicing up stages and festivals all over Europe, Japan, Russia and South America. Fischermanns Orchestra is an incredible, unstoppable jazz band, always on the move, musically free and footloose. The band draws upon many different cultural influences and inspirations to form its own distinctive sound, which is in constant flux, changing as the musical evolution takes its course.

The concert is held under the patronage of the Embassy of Switzerland to the UAE and Bahrain and supported by UAE-based Swiss companies and Swiss foundations.
