Sleep Challenge is a part of the autumn edition of the INDEX exhibition sponsored by DeRUCCI. Participants will execute an important mission – to fall asleep quickly directly in the showroom, in an environment of the crowd of visitors and participants.
In the UAE, 90 percent of people are not getting enough sleep, according to the results published by researchers at the University of Michigan in the United States based on comparing global sleep patterns. A good start for the sleep-starved could be a good quality bed. According to the Sleep Health Foundation, ‘an important factor that contributes to a good night’s sleep is the right mattress’.
The competition will take place during three hours, after which the prize will be awarded for the longest and sweetest dream. The winner will receive a designer bed from the sponsors of the tournament.
