DSS: The “DREAMS” art exhibition

During the DSS, every visitor or shopping lover stops by the “DREAMS” art exhibition at Nakheel Mall. Located next to H&M, this pop-up presented by Alserkal Cultural Foundation features sculptures that look deceptively simple. However, when the gallery lights turn down and the spotlights turn on, it reveals a fourth dimension defined by shadow sculptures.

This exhibition includes pieces with traditional Arabic calligraphy, using the play of light and shadow. The light, word, and silhouette work in tandem to charm every viewer, taking them in the storytelling process. Everyone will enjoy the power of light and shadows, which can create fourth-dimensional images with “DREAMS”’, a stunning art show dedicated to support and promote the emerging artists of the UAE.
