This year’s DP World Tour Championship will witness one of the most exclusive fields in golf world with only the top 50 players on the European Tour’s Race.
To celebrate the UAE’s Year of Tolerance, EDGA Dubai Finale star Lawlor was invited to take the first tee shot. His Excellency Sheikh Fahim Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Emirates Golf Federation and Mohammed Al Muallem, CEO and Managing Director of DP World, also are going to watch on along with the UAE’s boys 13 and Under National Golf Team and children from the Dubai Heights Academy.
The European Tour’s season-ending tournament offers a US$8million prize fund for the DP World Tour Championship plus a US$5million Bonus Pool for the Race to Dubai at the end of the season-long competition spanning 46 tournaments in 31 countries and across all five continents on the 2019 European Tour International Schedule.
This year the DP World Championship is going to be one of the best golf events.
