Carnage is a dark comedy about two couples who meet to sort the issue of playground injury during the fight between their sons. Set in the living room of the Novaks, whose son lost two teeth in the fight, the two families – Raleighs and the Novaks – go through a roller coaster ride as they talk about the situation and next course of action revealing their own characters bit by bit resulting in a hilarious comedy on stage.
The play was written as God of Carnage by Yasmina Reza, a French Playwright, and won the Laurence Olivier award for best play in 2009 and the Tony award in the same year for best play, best actress and best director.
