47Soul is a Jordanian Palestinian electronic music group formed in Amman Jordan in 2013 that is one of the main forces behind the Shamstep electronic dance music movement in the Middle East.
The innovative sound of 47SOUL has rapidly amassed fans across the Arab world and Europe as the electro Arabic dabke sound has blasted through the underground music scene. Above the beat, 47SOUL hype up their music with analogue synthesisers, hypnotic guitar lines and energising lyrics from their four singers.
The band members originate from Bilad Al-Sham and span the divides from Amman, Galilee, Ramallah and the rest of the Palestinian diaspora. The band has successfully made its great performances at Walthamstow Garden Party, Fusion festival and Festival Med and NYU Abu Dhabi’s Barzakh festival in 2018.
