To encourage small businesses Sharjah Entrepreneurship Center carries out a series of online webinars. Thanks to international partners, the SME sector can get information from experienced leaders. There will be an online conversation with Dr. Christiane Schloderer, CEO of Growth Partners, as she takes through key planning parameters that may currently be unclear.
Also, Christiane Schloderer will show how to build a forecast that takes various as we walk through the key planning parameters (how long will demand to remain down, how high will customer defaults be, when will import/export restart, when can I expect the next fundraising proceeds to come in again, and more) and talk about how to build a forecast that takes various variables into consideration.
