In the future, it will accommodate a 5-star hotel, high-end restaurants, luxurious living residences, entertainment areas and respectable offices.
The construction of the whole project is organized by DMCC, the strategic initiative of the Government of Dubai. The design of the tower construction project is handled by the Rockwell Group, a New York based architecture and design firm. “We are excited and honored to be part of the creation of the new Uptown Dubai district. We look forward to working closely with the DMCC to create a modern, luxurious and innovative hotel and residences that celebrate the vision of Uptown Dubai, “said David Rockwell from Rockwell Group.
