Ladies sign up for an all women race and run with gold medal winning athletes from Team UAE.
Registration for Dubai Women’s Run is officially open and it’s a great opportunity for women of all ages to improve their fitness.
The annual event takes place on 4th November and for the first time, it’s teaming up with Sun and Sand Sports Fitness Fest.
So the sixth annual Dubai’s Women’s Run is the starting gun for two days of fitness-themed fun, with sports, challenges and visiting athletes all converging on Skydive Dubai.
Whether you’re a regular runner or just setting out on your fitness journey, you’re invited to pull on your trainers and join thousands of other women at the event organised by the UAE Athletics Federation and Dubai Holdings.
Although it’s called the Women’s Run, it’s perfectly acceptable to jog, stroll or simply walk along the route that loops round JBR from the starting point at Skydive.
Almost certain not to be running will be the elite athletes from Team UAE, who are currently doing their country proud at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio.
