Come join Free Kriya Flow session Yoga hosted by Peewee Sanchez.
Kriya flow is amixture of Hatha Flow Yoga with Kriya Yoga from the Himalayan Siddhar Tradition of Mahavatar Babaji. Also there are mantras and meditation exercises from the Vajrayana Buddhist tradition. It is very powerful at unblocking karmik knots in your consciousness, rewiring your thinking process to release mental patterns that don’t serve you well, and all the other lovely stuff yoga does for you.
The session is free. Peewee’s only requirement is that you participate with an open mind and in the end vow to share the good vibes with planet earth and every living being you come accross. (Note: if youre not cool with chanting, wierd movements that challenge your ego’s sense of propriety, and hugs, then this session is not for you).
